I cannot recommend Gotherington Cross enough

Recently had part of my van's suspension fall apart on me, so after a quick phone call, I popped by on the off chance they could diagnose the problem. Not only did they easily diagnose, they fixed the same day. An absolute five star garage.

Communication is brilliant, and the confirmation texts are always a welcome touch. I don't feel talked down to for not knowing much about vehicles, and I have an underlying sense of trust in the garage and team that I cannot easily describe why, but if you've ever experienced other garages that don't leave you with that feeling, you'll know what I mean.

My parents started using Gotherington Cross when we first moved to the area 20+ years ago, and other than a brief hiatus (due to not realising they service commercial vehicles/vans/camper vans), I've used them as well.

I cannot recommend Gotherington Cross enough.
