My Lexus drives like brand new

FANTASTIC… Oh my goodness, what terrific service we received. I have a Lexus RX450 which made an awful noise when the steering wheel was turned. It got progressively worse until it was dreadful. My local garages didn’t know where to start with it being very complicated air suspension. I was looking at a minimum of £4K for both suspension struts. Luckily I was on the Lexus Owners Forum who mentioned this is a common problem with these cars. They recommended Gotherington Cross Garage who work in tandem with Brian at Orchard Engineering, next door to them. I rang them on Monday and arranged to be at their garage at 8.30 on Friday morning. We got there early, a courtesy car was waiting with instructions on how to get to Bourton on the Water. We spent the morning there as tourists and got a call just after midday to say my car was ready. The mechanics at the garage took both suspension struts off, ran them next door to Brian who worked what can only be described as magic on them. He totally reconditioned them, took them back to the Garage, who put my lovely Lexus back together again. She drives like brand new. Talk about value for money, all this done for less than £550.
