The levels of expertise and customer service were truly exceptional

Took my Lexus RX450H to Gotherington Cross Garage this week for them to remove my nearside air suspension strut and pass across to Brian at Orchard Engineering for him to repair top strut bearing. On arrival at 08.30 I was met by Chloe who was so friendly and welcoming, she passed me keys to courtesy car to use whilst the work was carried out and advised the car should be ready around lunchtime, at 12.30pm I was advised that works had been completed and vehicle was ready for collection.

I live in Newbury Berkshire some 60miles away but I have to say I am so glad that I found both Orchard Engineering and Gotherington Cross Garage as the levels of expertise and customer service were truly exceptional and all completed at a very reasonable price and made the drive so worthwhile.

I would definitely recommend both companies to any future customers near and far as the service I experienced exceeds other industry businesses across all areas.
